ICT Project Coordinator

Location: Town of Belgium

### ICT Project Coordinator At Bebat, we are looking for an ICT Project Coordinator who feels at home both in the world of bits & bytes and in project management. You will lead our technical and security-related ICT projects, ensure suppliers and internal teams stay aligned, and keep a tight grip from start to finish.
** What you will do
*** Coordinate technical ICT and security projects between our suppliers and internal stakeholders, taking on a real leadership role.
* Define the action plan, monitor budget, timing and progress, and ensure flawless execution.
* Work on diverse projects such as:  + ICT integration in acquisitions  + Implementation of NIS2 and related security processes  + Developing and improving cybersecurity measures, policies, and awareness programs  + Enhancing onboarding processes with a focus on security by design  + Creating a “digital workplace” training program with attention to secure IT usage  + Governance processes of our Azure environment  + Migrations to M365 and phasing out legacy systems  + Network expansions and local IT support in our European branches
* Share ownership of applications such as AD, AAD, M365 management, Teams telephony, license management, asset management – together with our ICT partners
* Manage supporting tools such as Confluence and Asana.
* Dispatch issues to the right partners and communicate clearly with our internal users.### Who you are
* At least 5 years of experience in ICT, including project management.
* Experience with security projects, cybersecurity standards or NIS2 implementation is a strong asset.
* Master’s or bachelor’s degree in ICT, or equivalent experience.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical and security-related topics into clear language.
* Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
* Strong organizational skills, hands-on when needed.### What we offer
