Your next challenge  Add business context  Pluxee Data organization has chosen a decentralized Data Hub (central) & Data Spoke (local) organization where the Spokes are data factory teams covering multiples countries Data needs and supporting business teams by delivering Business intelligence reports, ad-hoc analysis supporting decision making and advanced insights aiming at predicting clients, merchants, or consumers behaviours.
Reporting to Pluxee Chief Data Officer and located in Paris, the Data Factory (Spoke) Manager is a key member in the country’s organization and will oversee applying the global company data strategy led by the global Data Hub while delivering data products and solution to serve the country business.

What you’ll be doing :  Data Spoke Team Management:  
• Local hiring and partnership to build an advanced data team (according to Spoke Definition)  
• Onboard your data team members (team processes and platform)  
• Develop a strong partnership with covered countries and with the global datahub.  
• Be an active member of the Pluxee worldwide data community.  
• Animate team through regular meetings and events (multi countries team)    Data Projects Road map Management:  
• Organize data project delivery (both local and global projects),  
• Collect and challenge business requests,  
• Leverage global data project and share local data products (in covered countries).  
• Build and deploy cost efficient data solutions: BI, analytics, Machine Learning  
• Ensure right project tracking in Azure Boards  
• Capability to help the team or contribute on Analytical Use cases.
Countries Relationship:  
• Animate Quarterly demand management process in your countries.  
• Organize and animate a monthly data committee to share progress and present deliverables.  
• Create your network in countries with functional and technical (stakeholders)  
• Raise technical or functional issues to the hub to find solutions when needed.

Education Requirements:

Master’s degree in Analytics or Data Engineering or equivalent    Work Experience Requirements:  
• At least 7+ years managing data teams and delivering data projects.  
• Advanced knowledge of Business intelligence, Analytics and Data Science projects  
• Technical background and experience with Data Solutions (SQL, Python, R, statistics…)  
• Experience in working transversally in an international company.  
• Strong experience in running operation in cloud services (Azure preferred)  
• Experience in leading, mentoring and managing/developing a team of data experts.  
• Good understanding of company business  
• Communication and Negotiation  
• Writing skills and document presentation  
• Budget Management and definition
