• Monitor user-generated content and engagements to identify potential risks and enforce community guidelines
• Thoroughly investigate reports of safety concerns, employing analytical skills to evaluate incidents and recommend actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security and tech departments, to develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings to inform stakeholders and enhance platform safety
• Stay updated on digital safety trends and emerging threats to proactively address vulnerabilities
• Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of digital safety measures

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
• Prior experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a relevant field is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach in identifying and handling potential issues
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
