As a (Senior) Manager, you will work closely with business and technology leaders to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring organizations can adapt and thrive in an evolving digital landscape.

Key tasks for this role include:
** Leading enterprise architecture projects
*** Work with clients to assess their enterprise architecture and application needs and design practical solutions that align with business objectives
* Support the development and implementation of architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance models to enable digital transformation
* Conduct architecture assessments and capability reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements
* Assist in defining roadmaps and action plans for enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies
* Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and organizational perspectives
* Stay informed about enterprise architecture trends, frameworks (TOGAF, Archi Mate), cloud architectures, and emerging technologies to provide relevant, future-proof insights
* Follow the evolution of AI and assess how it can be leveraged within architecture landscapes, as well as how AI capabilities reshape and influence modern enterprise architectures.
** Business Development
*** Support growth of the enterprise architecture capability within Enterprise Transformation through thought leadership and client development
* Identify enterprise architecture opportunities within existing engagements
* Collaborate on proposals showcasing Capgemini Invent's enterprise architecture expertise
* Build strong relationships with client decision-makers to understand challenges and propose solutions
** Network and Knowledge Management
*** Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and technology partners
* Participate in industry events and contribute to enterprise architecture thought leadership
* Share expertise and best practices through internal knowledge bases and content creation## YOUR PROFILE
* 4–10 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy
* Solid understanding of key architecture principles, frameworks, and standards (TOGAF, Archi Mate, BPMN, etc.)
* Familiarity with IT governance models, technology trends, and digital transformation practices
* Experience in conducting architecture maturity assessments, capability modeling, or roadmap development
* Strong project management skills in line with industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE2, PMP are a plus)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong business acumen and sharp client-facing communication/interpersonal skills
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
