Entreprise Architect

As a member of the Architecture & Technology Strategy team, the Enterprise Architect plays a key role in defining and maintaining the organization’s architecture vision across business, data, application, and technology domains. The role ensures that all solutions and programs remain aligned with business objectives, long‑term strategy, and IT governance while supporting continuous optimization of the IT landscape.

• Create business, technical, solution, and data architecture models aligned with organizational strategies and goals.
• Integrate project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business priorities and management drivers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce IT and business costs by rationalizing and optimizing the IT portfolio.
• Evaluate systems to identify discrepancies, vulnerabilities, and architectural gaps.
• Conduct research and recommend improvements to enhance business and IT operations.
• Provide guidance on business data architecture, data modelling, and system processing.
• Create and implement a business vision and multi‑year architectural plan.
• Provide solution architecture and strategic guidance to technical and business teams.
• Support technology migration initiatives and modernization programs across the enterprise.

• At least 15 years of experience with enterprise architecture frameworks: TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and demonstrated experience building models using these frameworks.
• At least 15 years of experience in business process modelling and enterprise architecture using:
  Archi Mate, UML, BPMN.
• At least 10 years of experience with enterprise architecture tools: ARIS, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
• At least 10 years of experience with modern technologies:
  Web Logic, Tomcat, Spring Boot.
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud services, and containerisation (AWS, Azure…), including scalability and performance optimization patterns.
• At least 5 years of experience in Dev Sec Ops  practices and CI/CD tools:
  Jenkins, Git Lab CI, AWS CI pipelines.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology migration projects.
• At least 1 year of experience with Blockchain technologies and architectural concepts.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into architectural standards and roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required;
  French is considered a strong asset.
