* Guarantee the seamless availability of our infrastructure portfolio in a complex and dynamic environment, providing and supporting services on a global scale, adhering to the XXX group security standards.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure located in the Global Aviation IT data centers (deployment, configuration, maintenance and decommissioning).
* Ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance.
* Monitor infrastructure health, identify potential issues, and take preventive actions.
* Lead troubleshooting efforts during incidents, minimizing downtime.
* Optimize server and virtualization performance for efficient operations.
* Maintain accurate records of configurations, procedures, and incidents.

* Install, configure and maintain Linux servers and related infrastructure.
* Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical host computer resources.
* Develop and maintain automated deployment and monitoring systems.
* Manage security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
* Regularly perform systems and software audits, responding to system-generated alerts to assess, prioritize, and manage system events.
* Conduct system analysis, configuration management, and develop improvements for system software performance, availability, and reliability.#### Key

Skills:

* Proven expertise in managing Linux environments.
* Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
* Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
* Knowledge of systems security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
* Ability to work within a team and independently.
* Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
* Proven experience in large enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
* Strong knowledge of Ansible automation.
* Knowledge of various open source services (such as, but not limited to: Bind, Elasticsearch, JBoss, Kafka, Pacemaker, Podman, Postgre

SQL, Postfix, Tomcat, Zabbix).
* Strong GDPR and IT security awareness.
* Independent, stress resistant and analytical.
* Good communication and planning skills.
* Fluent in English, spoken and written.
* Willing to join on-call duty for incident resolution outside office hours (on average 1 week per month).
