Join Just Russel in the Digital product department and be part of our mission to revolutionize pet care through innovation and data-driven solutions. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the end-to-end user experience of our products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.

• Utilize research, experimentation, and data analysis to inform product design decisions.

• Lead the product design process from discovery to delivery and iteration.

• Work closely with Product Engineers and Software Engineers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

• Contribute to creating meaningful and scalable experiences that resonate with our customers.

• Own the end-to-end user experience across your product scope (Content Management System & onboarding flow on our web app)

• Translate business goals and user problems into clear, testable product and design solutions

• Lead product discovery together with Product Engineers (problem framing, flows, prototypes, usability testing)

• Proactively identify UX opportunities, challenge assumptions and suggest improvements

• Act as a UX quality gate before features ship, ensuring usability, clarity and consistency

• Use data, user feedback and experiments to iterate on shipped features

• Embrace and promote an experimentation mindset, supporting UX and product experiments

• Design production-ready UI in Figma, including edge cases, states and responsive behavior

• Maintain and evolve the design system, balancing speed, consistency and scalability

• Ensure UX & UI improvements align with brand strategy and visual identity

• Work hands‑on with engineers during implementation (handoff, design reviews, assets, translations, refinements)

• Review implemented features to ensure design intent and interaction quality are preserved

• Apply accessibility and usability best practices across all designs

• Partner closely with Product Engineers, Software Engineers and Data Analysts to align on outcomes

• Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently to stakeholders

• Document decisions and flows where helpful, without over-processing

• Balance pragmatism and quality: knowing when to iterate fast and when to go deep

We’re looking for a Product Designer with 3–4 years of relevant experience who is ready to take ownership of a product scope and grow further in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment.
