Junior Security Engineer; Red Team

As Junior Security Engineer (Red Team) at Easi, you will dive deeper into the world of penetration testing. You will analyse existing methodologies, tools and workflows. Together with colleagues, you carry out pen tests at various of our clients. Afterwards, you will produce an audit report identifying weaknesses in the IT infrastructure. To help you with this, you will be able to follow certificate programmes based on your level.

As a security engineer, you will be part of our Managed IT Solutions (MIT) team.

After a thorough tailor-made training, you will assist our experienced pentesters in the following tasks:

• Performing security audits at various clients
• Conduct pentests to identify weaknesses in our client's IT environment
• Develop and use advanced tools for penetration testing and getting to the bottom of customer vulnerabilities
• Define, implement and maintain security strategies and policies.

In addition, you will:

• Analyse current penetration testing methodologies and tools
• Track market trends, risks and approaches
• Work closely with the team to optimise processes
• Cooperation with our SOC and NOC teams
• Obtain various security certifications (OSCP, PNPT...)

• Completing a bachelor s or master s degree in IT with preferred specialisation in cyber security
• Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
• Knowledge of certain pen testing/offensive techniques (e.g. Try Hack Me , Hack The Box, Hackathons, Capture The Flag, Bug Bounty Programs...)
• Passion for IT and specifically in cyber security (not merely ‘I find it interesting/fun’) ;

• Eager to be in contact with customers and companies

• Experience with pentesting
• Take pleasure in playing with malware
• Certain relevant certifications related to cyber security
• Fluent in speaking French
