Data Analyst, Data Science Manager
Location: Town of Belgium

MissionProvide operational support to digital excellence, data analytics, and business process initiatives within the Internal Manufacturing Excellence department. You will contribute to performance improvement, process optimization, and the standardization of practices.
Responsibilities- Performances Dashboards & Data Analytics:
Updating and creating Qlik dashboards to meet IM needs. Preparing documentation and transition plan to Power BI. Rolling out solutions for Internal Manufacturing stakeholders, with possible support in deploying performance management tools such as MeVisio. - Digital Performance Management Standards:
Support Use cases deployment on Data analytics platform (Aveva/Osi Pi) Supporting the deployment of performance management systems (data analytics based on existing technology). Providing guidance on tools and best practices for digital monitoring. - PMO Support:
Assisting the Program Digital Lead with regular reporting on the progress of the Digital IM Program. Setting up monitoring tools (planning, risks, actions). Consolidating data for steering committees. - Project Leadership for Excellence Initiatives:
Leading implementation projects for excellence initiatives (process, system, change management), notably OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and capacity management and improved ways of working through AI productivity tool. - Support to deployment of digital integrated solution (advanced planning, MES, e , Logbook, ...)
- Education:
university degree (long cycle) with a technical orientation such as polytechnic engineering, digital technology, or industrial engineering. - Languages:
English is a MUST, French is a plus. - Additional skills: programming knowledge or affinity is a plus; supply chain knowledge is an advantage.
- Be between 18 and 28 years old;
- Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area;
- Have not worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place;
- Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time;
- If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in compliance with the national service obligations of France (Numéro Identifiant Défense);
- Have a clean criminal record.
