Microsoft Security Solutions Consultant -Purview Dutch speaking – Belgium

Location: Hybrid, Dilbeek-based (2 days a week in the office). Some travel to client sites (up to 2 days per week).

We are seeking a Security Solutions Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Purview to design, implement, and optimise integrated data governance and compliance solutions for our clients.

This role focuses on protecting sensitive information, ensuring compliance, and enabling secure collaboration across Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining technical depth with consulting skill to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and deliver measurable risk reduction and business value.

• Design and deliver enterprise‑grade data governance and compliance solutions leveraging Microsoft Purview technologies.
• Conduct security and compliance assessments, workshops, and proof of concepts, translating business and regulatory requirements into secure, practical technical designs.
• Deploy and optimise Purview capabilities including:
  • Information Protection
  • eDiscovery
  • Compliance Manager
  • Information Governance
• Align policies with regulatory frameworks and ensure best‑practice configuration.
• Integrate compliance telemetry across Purview, Entra, and Sentinel for unified visibility and reporting.
• Collaborate with Practice Leads to shape client proposals, estimates, and technical statements of work.
• Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving compliance roadmap and continuously enhance both your own expertise and that of our wider Operations team.
• Create clear documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks to support implementation and transition to support.
• Contribute to internal frameworks, standards, and reusable assets that elevate delivery, quality and consistency.
• Assist Sales and Practice Leads on an ad‑hoc basis with presales engagements related to Microsoft Purview.

Deep expertise in MIcrosoft Purview Suite:

• Information Protection
• Discovery Compliance Manager
• Information Governance

Strong working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Entra
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Zero Trust and Microsoft Security Reference Architectures

• 2–3 years’ experience in security consultancy or engineering with demonstrable delivery of Microsoft Security Solutions.
• Proven track record in Purview suite design, deployment, and optimization across enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering integrated Microsoft Security Solutions combining identity and data protection.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills; able to translate complex compliance concepts for both technical and business audiences.
• Experience working in Professional Services or customer‑facing delivery, managing multiple engagements concurrently.
• Understanding of compliance and risk frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, GDPR, NIS2).
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams to drive technical and operational excellence.
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
  French fluency a plus.
