We are looking for a hands‑on Citrix System Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server and operational management. This is an operator role (not an architect), focusing on day‑to‑day operations, troubleshooting, and second‑line support.

You will join a team of six professionals and act as the escalation point for complex issues the helpdesk cannot resolve.

• Manage and maintain Windows and Citrix server environments (approx. 80% Windows / 20% Citrix)
• Investigate and resolve environment or user‑related incidents
• Take ownership of technical cases escalated from first‑line support
• Monitor system performance and ensure platform availability
• Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures

You will support and operate a highly available Citrix environment including:

• Virtual Apps and Desktops Delivery Controllers
• Store Front
• Citrix Workspace app
• Director, Studio
• Profile Management

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (medior level)
• Windows Server 2016–2025 administration
• Native speaker of French or Dutch (one of the two is required)
• Good command of English
• Solid grasp of networking and security principles

• Active Directory
• MS Exchange
• MS SCOM / SCCM
• VMware vSphere ESXi
• Power Shell scripting (advanced knowledge is a strong plus)-li>
• PRTG monitoring
• Anti‑malware solutions:
  • Trend Micro Deep Security
  • Scanmail
  • Mail Marshal
  • TMCM
• Understanding German is a plus
