As a (Senior) Manager in the business, you will be part of a diverse team and help shaping the cybersecurity capabilities of a wide array of clients and industries.

Key tasks for this role include:
** Leading cybersecurity projects
*** Work with clients to assess their cybersecurity needs, design practical solutions aligned with business objectives, and support the development and implementation of security strategies, frameworks, and policies to improve resilience
* Oversee risk assessments and security reviews, ensuring quality and providing expert guidance to validate vulnerabilities, recommendations, and resulting cybersecurity roadmaps
* Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and regulatory perspectives
* Ensure the delivery of high quality work that meets client expectations while acting as a trusted advisor to executive level stakeholders such as CIOs and CISOs
** Business Development
*** Support growth of the Cybersecurity capability within Enterprise Transformation through thought leadership and client development
* Identify cybersecurity opportunities within existing engagements
* Collaborate on proposals showcasing Capgemini Invent's cybersecurity expertise
* Build strong relationships with client decision-makers to understand challenges and propose solutions
** Network and Knowledge Management
*** Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and technology partners
* Participate in industry events and contribute to cybersecurity thought leadership
* Share expertise and best practices through internal knowledge bases and content creation## YOUR PROFILE
* 4–10 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on cybersecurity and risk, combined with a proven track record of delivering or managing projects in cybersecurity or IT risk-related areas
* Proven experience and understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards (NIS2, CRA, DORA, AI Act, ISO
27001, SOC2,…)
* Experience in conducting maturity assessments, risk management framework or regulatory compliance audits related to information security
* Strong project management skills in line with industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE2, PMP are a plus)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong business acumen and sharp client facing communication/interpersonal skills
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
