SAP Delivery Manager

For our operations across EMEA, we are hiring a SAP Delivery Manager to lead and drive growth within our EMEA SAP Practice.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing project delivery for our clients while collaborating closely with EMEA Presales team to develop tailored solutions for potential customers. You will lead the execution of complex SAP initiatives, including S/4

HANA transformations and cloud implementations

The role combines technical expertise in designing solutions for clients with hands‑on leadership to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise‑scale implementations, guiding project teams to surpass expectations.

• SAP Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching SAP strategy and roadmap for the EMEA region, aligning with organizational goals and market dynamics to ensure competitiveness and innovation. This includes setting long‑term strategic objectives, identifying key growth areas, and ensuring the SAP practice remains competitive and innovative.
• Program Oversight: Provide program oversight for multiple complex SAP initiatives (including S/4
  
  HANA, RISE with SAP, and cloud deployments), ensuring consistency in delivery methodologies and best practices. This involves coordinating various projects, ensuring they are aligned with the overall strategic vision, and addressing any challenges that arise.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Drive collaboration across business units and hands‑on involvement in solutioning, promoting knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption. Facilitate communication and cooperation between different teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to SAP solutions.
• P&L Responsibility: Assume full P&L responsibility for the SAP practice, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization. Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

• Experience (7+ years preferred) in a similar role at a regional level - SAP Delivery Management/SAP Program Management.
• Experience (3+ years) in SAP pre‑sales activities, specializing in solutions for manufacturing clients.
• Functional Expertise:
  Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA‑Rise & Grow and SAP AMS offerings, with additional experience in SAP Cloud applications (e.g., Success Factors, Ariba, Concur, LeanIX, Signavio, Sustainability solutions).
• Technical Proficiency:
  Expertise in SAP functionality, implementation processes, and best practices. Skilled at translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Pre-Sales Expertise:
  Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and personal communication skills critical for effective pre‑sales engagements.
• Executive‑Level Engagement:
  Skilled at liaising, influencing, and communicating effectively with directors and executives across all business functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
• Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages to facilitate diverse client engagements and cross‑border collaboration. Ability to communicate effectively in different languages.
• Broad Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP partner tools, third‑party extensions, and complementary enterprise technologies. Knowledge of the broader SAP ecosystem and related technologies.
