A major public-sector organisation in the energy sector is strengthening its Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance framework.
The role focuses on improving IAM processes, operating models, and tool integrations across domains such as RBAC, PAM, MFA, and SSO, within a regulated and compliance-driven environment.
Requirements- Define and optimise IAM governance processes
- Improve JML lifecycle and access recertification frameworks
- Design and challenge RBAC/ABAC models
- Support IAM domain integrations (MFA, SSO, PAM)
- Work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Identify compliance gaps and propose remediation actions
- Monitor provisioning and access control inconsistencies
- Provide structured documentation and reporting
- Strong IAM governance experience
- Experience with JML and access recertification
- Knowledge of PAM solutions
- Experience with AD / Entra IGA
- Experience with IAM integration concepts
- Fluency in French or Dutch and good English
- Scripting / automation experience
- Regulatory exposure (GDPR, NIS)
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
