UI​/UX Designer & Front-End Developer

We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer to contribute to the design, development and optimisation of user-centred web applications and digital platforms.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive and effective UI solutions.
• Perform User Experience (UX) analysis and provide consultancy throughout all design phases (brainstorming, research, sketches, prototypes, user testing, implementation).
• Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards and interactive prototypes.
• Develop UI solutions for web products and platforms, including information architecture, navigation flows, typography, visuals and interaction workflows.
• Create and maintain style guides, brand books and visual component libraries.
• Produce graphical elements such as illustrations, infographics and data visualisations.
• Conduct user-centred evaluations and usability studies, identifying issues and recommending improvements.
• Contribute to UI-related test scenarios and analyse test results.
• Develop responsive front-end solutions following best coding practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Transform mock-ups into semantic HTML and integrate front-end components with databases or server-side logic.
• Document code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Optimise applications for maximum performance and cross-browser compatibility.

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Angular and JavaScript/Type Script.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and standards: HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript/Type Script, Angular, jQuery, React, Vue. (minimum 4 years)
• Experience with Angular Material and Prime
  
  NG component libraries (minimum 2 years).
• Experience with Git Lab (minimum 1 year).
• Proficiency with UX/UI and prototyping tools:
  Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, InVision, UxPin, Framer.js. (minimum 2 years),
• Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of UX best practices, responsive design, accessibility (W3C standards), SEO and web ergonomics.
• Experience conducting usability testing (A/B testing, remote testing, eye tracking, hallway testing, post-release testing).
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Understanding of security practices, data protection principles and collaborative tools such as Confluence.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centred mindset.
• Creative, confident and able to defend design decisions.
• Experience working in Agile and fast-changing technological environments.
• Excellent communication skills; strong command of English (C1/C2), French is an asset.
• Ability to work in multicultural and multilingual environments and collaborate on large-scale projects.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential data
