Project Manager; Databricks migration

This position involves leading a consultancy mission for a client through Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will manage the migration program, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, ensuring synchronization between Business & IT, structuring work packages, tracking estimates and workload, and reporting for governance purposes, as a Keystone Solutions consultant at the client site.

• Oversee data migration project management including comprehensive planning and budgeting.

This is a senior position, ideal for candidates with robust experience in data migration and consultancy environments. Language proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is highly desired due to numerous stakeholders.

Position is based in Belgium and offers flexible engagement options as either an employee or a freelancer. The project is on a short-term basis focusing initially on scoping and deployment phases, followed by continuous oversight during migration.

This is a consultancy mission delivered through Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed at the client to lead a large-scale data migration program end to end. You will work closely with both Business and IT stakeholders to ensure scope, planning, budget, risk management, and governance reporting are executed rigorously under our consultancy model.

• Pilot the migration program, including detailed planning, budget control, and risk management.
• Synchronize Business and IT, ensuring clear alignment across all stakeholders.
• Structure and manage work packages (lots) across streams and teams.
• Track estimates and workloads, ensuring reliable forecasting and capacity alignment.
  
  Produce governance reporting with transparent status, issues, risks, and decisions.

All of the above responsibilities will be performed on-site or in a hybrid setup as required by the client, under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy framework.

• Proven leadership of data migration projects and programs.
