Overview

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria. This role is integral to our efforts in ensuring that our digital platforms are safe and trustworthy for all users. As a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst, you will monitor and manage potential safety issues, contributing to a secure online experience.

• Monitor and analyze user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines and safety standards
• Investigate reported incidents thoroughly, using data analysis to assess risks and take appropriate actions
• Collaborate with technical and safety teams to establish and implement effective safety protocols
• Create comprehensive reports based on investigations and safety assessments to inform stakeholders
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital threats and safety practices to proactively enhance platform security
• Engage with users to promote awareness and understanding of digital safety measures

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required;
  English proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related areas is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with users and team members
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with digital content management and online safety tools
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Open to relocating to Bulgaria for this opportunity
