IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Our Large Account Service department dedicated to large customers implementation projects is looking for new colleagues to join our amazing team. This department was created 5 years ago and is one of the main pillars of Odoo’s turnover growth this year.
You will be dealing with Mid‑Market & Corporate companies (+100 employees) across Europe in any industry. Their complex business needs will require a high effort of pre‑sales analysis and functional advisory to convince them Odoo is the best ERP system to optimize their activity for the long term.
The PositionAs an Experienced Project Manager, you will manage large customers’ Odoo implementation projects. You’ll be in direct contact with clients to help them use Odoo Software (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project, Website…), supported by a team of Business Analysts and Developers. Your role will include monitoring and follow‑up to ensure the project goes live on time and on budget. Your journey will start in the Quick Start Team, where you’ll work on several SME projects to learn the Odoo way of working.
Then, you will progressively switch to the MMC department, collaborating closely with Business Analysts to design and implement solutions for our larger customers. As a representative of Odoo during Steering or Project Committee meetings, you will be the primary liaison between the client and Odoo teams. You’ll present project progress, align on strategic priorities, and ensure key decisions are documented and followed through.
Management (80%)
- Design the implementation plan
- Organise, coach, and guide your team of Business Analysts (configuration & development)
- Monitor progress: timelines, quality, and budget, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Apply Odoo’s governance and best practices to ensure high‑quality outcomes
- Track and challenge budget estimates and actuals
- Define workloads, manage backlogs, and prioritise tasks
- Identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans
- Keep clients informed through reports and steering committees
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from functional/technical design to deployment
- Provide feedback to Product Owners
- Support internal coaching & training

Must have- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
French is a plus - Strong business knowledge & analytical skills
- Fast learner, able to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Autonomous, assertive, and proactive mindset
- Affinity with IT
- Valid work permit for Belgium
- Fluency in another European language is a strong asset
