Principal Consultant ERP Advisory
As part of the development of our sector consulting team, we are looking to strengthen our team to grow our ERP advisory business. You will participate in both client and internal activities, supporting the growth of Inetum Consulting.
Inetum Consulting is seeking a Principal ERP Advisory Consultant to enhance our sector consulting team. You will engage in both client-facing and internal activities to support the growth of our team. We are interested in individuals with proven track records in delivering mid- to large-scale digital transformation projects related to ERP topics. We believe in empowering our people by providing the right support, environment, and tools to succeed at Inetum.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and lead project assignments, including data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, business analysis, and implementation roadmaps.
- Take on team lead roles following project assignments.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the sector consulting team by expanding our offerings in ERP advisory.
- Participate in seminars, white papers, and other ERP-related activities.
- Carry out projects to improve operational performance.
- Lead ERP advisory projects or advise clients on major digital transformation programs.
- Provide strategic framing and optimization of business processes.
- Implement long-term (ERP) transformation roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted advisor during implementations of an ERP.
- At least 5 years of experience in different parts of an ERP transformation journey, including blueprint definition, vendor selection, ERP strategy development, business process and control design and integration, etc.
- Ability to analyze and map business processes to ERP solutions.
- Strong advisory skills with the ability to guide clients through complex ERP transformations.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing project teams at key clients.
- Ability to propose solutions enabling high-value‑added business topics with General Management.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English, with professional proficiency in Dutch or French to conduct workshops in an international environment.
