In addition to our headquarters in Belgium, we opened a Technology Center in Lehrensteinsfeld, Germany in 2020, and since 2021 we have also been active in the United States.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for our customers with technical questions about our automated robot cells. You analyse, think along, solve problems and guide customers—remotely and on-site when necessary.
Education:
Electromechanics or Electronics-ICT, or equivalent experience.
- You hold a degree in Electromechanics or Electronics-ICT, or have equivalent experience.
- You are analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoy technical challenges.
- You have knowledge of electricity, machine communication and CNC machines.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good working knowledge of English and French.
- You work independently but actively seek collaboration when needed.
- You are eager to learn and enjoy sharing your technical knowledge with colleagues.
- You are flexible and willing to occasionally support customers on-site (both in Belgium and abroad).
- Provide technical support to customers (remote and on-site).
- Analyse technical issues in our robotic applications and propose targeted solutions.
- Use digital tools and documentation to provide customers with accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from various technical disciplines (mechanical, software, administration, etc.).
- Create and manage technical instructions within our digital service environment.
- Contribute ideas on how to continuously improve our service quality.
- Participate in a rotating support schedule, alternating between remote and on-site assistance.
- A dynamic, young and driven team within an innovative and fast-growing company.
- Fringe benefits such as meal vouchers (€10/day), hospitalisation and group insurance to complement your salary.
- A 40‑hour work week with 12 additional ADV (working time reduction) days to enjoy at your own pace.
- Flexible working hours: start between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m., finish between 4:00 and 6:30 p.m.
- Lunch on the house every Tuesday.
- Opportunities for professional growth through internal and external training.
