As an After-Sales Technical Support Specialist
, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with our telescopic grandstands
. You will analyse reports received by phone or email, identify the problem and offer practical solutions.
If a repair is required, you will provide our costing and quotation department with all the necessary information so that they can quickly draw up an accurate quotation. In addition, in consultation with our Engineering department, you will prepare various after-sales tasks so that our technicians can set off fully informed.
You are also closely involved in the technicians’ scheduling and act as their first point of contact when they encounter problems on site. Thanks to your technical insight and communication skills, you help both customers and colleagues move forward quickly.
You analyse technical issues with our telescopic stands.
You advise customers by telephone or email and provide practical solutions.
You gather and provide the necessary information to the costing and quotation department for the preparation of repair quotations.
You prepare after-sales service calls for technicians, in collaboration with the Engineering department.
You will be actively involved in the scheduling of fitters and technicians.
You will act as the first point of contact for fitters in the event of technical issues on site.
You will work closely with various internal departments to ensure a smooth service.

Who are you?You have a broad technical background (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).
You don’t need to be a specialist, but you do need to be technically proficient.
You speak fluent Dutch and English and have a good command of French.
(German is a plus).
You hold a Category B driving licence.
You are eager to learn, motivated and flexible.
You are a team player, have strong communication skills and are customer-friendly.
