You guide them through the complexities of Microsoft Azure and ensure their platform is engineered for long‑term success. Support customers in designing, managing and improving their cloud environments. Translate business needs into smart technical solutions and ensure the underlying platform is reliable, secure and ready for growth.
- Support customers with the management, integration and maintenance of their cloud platform, ensuring stability, security and operational excellence.
- Work on core infrastructure and technology services within the landing zone, helping customers build a strong and compliant cloud foundation.
- Collaborate closely with Dev Ops teams, ensuring the platform is robust and well‑architected.
- Collaborate with the Data & AI teams to provide the necessary foundations for advanced AI Foundry and Fabric implementations.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new cloud services or platform improvements, keeping an eye on innovation and long‑term value.
- Think proactively about security, maintainability, flexibility and efficiency in every solution you design.
- Strong interest in Infrastructure as Code. Experience with Bicep and/or Terraform is a plus.
- Experience with containerization (e.g., AKS, Docker) or other application modernisation techniques.
- Enjoy exploring new technologies and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates naturally with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Work as part of the Data & AI Factory team, supporting customer data‑ops and AI projects. Design, build, maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines, models and transformations. Build and troubleshoot data observability solutions to improve data quality. Turn data into valuable business insights. Act as a trusted advisor for junior team members and lead by example.

this position may require on‑call work, including overnight and weekend availability.

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive QA & Test Operations Consultant to join our project team. In this role, you will be the bridge between technical development and business requirements, ensuring that every solution delivered meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle—from defining acceptance criteria to managing defect resolution—within an Agile environment.
Core deliverables include:
- Develop, document, and operationalize comprehensive test acceptance criteria (UAT) to ensure all features align with business goals.
- Methodically ensure the thorough testing of all customer requirements, leaving no stone unturned in the functional and non‑functional specifications.
- Oversee the lifecycle of errors and bugs detected during testing, ensuring they are correctly identified, logged, prioritized and resolved by the development team.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline testing workflows and improve speed‑to‑market without compromising quality.
- Participate in change management, collaborating with different teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Adaptable and flexible, capable of performing well under pressure.

- Keep documentation up to date: document the components and operations of the applications.
- Control load capacity for the applications.
- Contribute consistently to the continuous automation and improvement of existing procedures.
- Work closely with the development teams on defining the architecture of new applications, according to the infrastructure standards.
- Manage backup data and ensure regular restoring tests.
- Play a key role in designing and implementing data models that support the client's data‑driven initiatives.
- Work closely with data architects, analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into logical and physical data models.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of data models, along with documentation and metadata.
