The OpportunityFor our Cloud Security team, we are looking for experienced professionals, excited about growing their careers within one of the hottest topics on the market. By performing assessments, reviews, pentests, implementations, security roadmap and cloud strategy workshops we apply our expertise so that banks can operate in a better, faster, cheaper, safer, and more sustainable way. In this job, you will thrust into the front row of one of the most exciting, and fast‑changing, technologies on the market.
Yourkey responsibilities
Within the Cloud Security team, you will collaborate with our clients to understand the challenges that they face on their cloud journeys and help implement bespoke solutions. You will also contribute to the development of the Cloud Security team and EY as a whole. You will serve key banking clients, supporting the design, delivery and securing of complex cloud environments from various cloud service providers.
This ranges from strategic to very technical work:
- Help define a cloud strategy and put security on the forefront of transformations
- Review and advise on architectures for applications moving into the cloud
- Assess, review and test implemented cloud‑based applications and implementations
- Facilitate workshops with clients to explore gaps in their cloud security processes and implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., applied economics, computer science, engineering…) or equivalent through experience.
- Professional experience in tech, consulting or the financial sector, ideally in the assessing, reviewing, testing, design, development and delivery of cloud solutions.
- An understanding of how digital transformations are affecting industries.
- Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach.
- Outstanding client stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships through solid communication and presentation skills.
- Native Dutch or French speaker, with an excellent knowledge of business English.
- Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
