1st Line Cloud and Workplace Support Engineer

Just finished an ICT training or simply passionate abouteverything tech-related? Are you the one in your friend group who always getsasked to fix the Wi‑Fi, reboot the printer or figure out why the laptop won’tstart? Not afraid to learn, try, fail, and then get it right? And can you explainyour solution in Dutch, French and English? Then this might be your perfect entry point into the IT world: become our new 1st Line Support Engineer!

Main

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT‑related incidents and service requests from end users.
  • Ask the right questions, analyse the situation and provide support face‑to‑face or via phone, email, chat or remote desktop.
  • Perform 1st line troubleshooting and guide users through solutions for common issues.
  • Log, document, and follow up on tickets according to internal procedures.
  • Escalate more complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support, keeping users informed throughout the process.
  • Keep your knowledge up to date and contribute to improving documentation and support tools.
Requirements
  • Recently graduated in an IT-related field or able to show strong IT affinity (self‑study, certifications, personal tech projects…).
  • Genuinely passionate about technology and motivated to grow in IT support.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and common workplace tools and systems.
  • Flexible mindset and able to stay calm when things get busy.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • Strong customer focus, solid communication skills and a natural team player.
Nice to have
  • Certifications like Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL are a plus but not required (If you don’t have them yet we hope you are willing to earn them).
  • Understanding of networking, mobile devices, printers or cloud environments (e.g. Azure) is definitely a bonus.
