Functional Analyst SAP & Odoo

We’re currently looking for a Functional Analyst SAP & Odoo to join our client’s digital transformation journey within a complex and highly regulated enterprise environment. In this role, you will help optimize and digitalize operational and administrative business processes by translating business needs into scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions within SAP and Odoo environments.

You will play a key role within a collaborative product team focused on process optimization and business support systems, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while contributing to the further expansion of Odoo as a strategic platform.

• Analyze and optimize business processes within SAP and Odoo ecosystems
• Translate business requirements into clear functional analyses, specifications, and user stories
• Support the implementation and rollout of new Odoo functionalities, including defining and delivering the necessary SAP data exports required for integrations
• Collaborate closely with SAP and Odoo developers on custom developments and system integrations
• Coordinate and execute functional testing activities, including UAT and regression testing
• Prepare documentation such as process descriptions, procedures, and user manuals
• Provide guidance and training to key users and end users
• Act as the first point of contact for functional questions, incidents, and process-related issues
• Ensure process quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across SAP and Odoo platforms

• Strong expertise in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4
  
  HANA, particularly within case or dossier management environments
• Affinity with or strong interest in Odoo and its application in operational business processes
• Experience working as a Functional Analyst in complex enterprise environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical/development teams
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent documentation and process modeling skills
• Experience with functional testing methodologies and release validation
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within multidisciplinary Agile teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
