Applied AI Engineer

• Design, build and scale AI‑powered solutions operating in production environments across multiple countries.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other AI services into enterprise production systems.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and shared components.
• Partner with the Infrastructure / LLMOps team to ope rationalise AI solutions, including model and prompt deployment, observability, evaluation frameworks, governance, cost control and reliability at scale.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI services and artifacts, including automated testing, evaluation gates, versioning (code, configuration, prompts) and controlled promotion across environments.
• Collaborate with local market teams to enable scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices for AI at scale, including security, compliance, monitoring and release processes.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building and operating production‑grade systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML or LLM‑based solution development.
• Experience working in structured, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of ownership.
• Senior‑level candidates: lead architectural design, contribute to technical standard‑setting, demonstrate track record delivering AI solutions in production, advise cross‑market implementations, lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives, and influence engineering and business stakeholders on AI design and scaling decisions.
