PMO / Delivery Manager – IS Transformation

Pro Unity acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for this mission.

• Manage the delivery of IS initiatives.
• Support the operational implementation of ExCom priorities into concrete IS initiatives and projects, with clear scopes aligned with Business and IS stakeholders.
• Ensure overall management of the delivery of critical IS development initiatives (scope, planning, dependencies, risks, capacities).
• Ensure synchronization between critical projects and run activities impacted by these projects.
• Monitor the progress of deliverables, identify alerts and propose corrective actions in case of deviation.
• Support PMs and the CIO Office in evaluating prioritized requests in terms of value, impacts, dependencies and delivery capacity.
• Coordinate the planning of IS resources (internal and external) for critical projects in conjunction with area managers.
• Assist project managers in identifying blocking points and finding solutions with IS management.
• Support departments and projects in applying key management processes such as sourcing & procurement management, vendor management, scope management, stakeholder management, risk management, planning management, budget management, etc.
• Provide qualitative reporting to IS management and governance bodies (Boards, Steer Co, ExCom, program committees).
• Contribute to the alignment of project practices, methodologies, standards, and tools within the IS department.
• Leverage feedback on critical projects, support the PMO Office in proposing and implementing measures to improve application of project methodologies.
• Facilitate cross‑functional cooperation between IS teams, external partners, and business lines.
• Serve as a PMO/Delivery reference point for critical and structuring initiatives.
