Aboutthe role
You will be working in a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional products and services, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the full follow-up of shipments ordered by our customers, optimizing timelines and quality of delivery, and providing all required shipping documentation.
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of experience in shipping documentation, logistics, and/or customs
- Accuracy and precision in administration
- Customer‑oriented and commercial attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Problem‑solving skills with a process‑oriented approach
- Proactive and initiative‑taking
- Team player with a positive attitude, open‑minded, and willing to learn and grow
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with SAP is an asset
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
