Tester - Medior

We’re looking for a Medior
Tester to strengthen our team and ensure the quality and security of our online banking platforms.

Keytrade Bank is Belgium’s leading direct bank, serving clients who value financial autonomy. Through our intuitive web platform and mobile app, we offer a wide range of financial services. As a fully online bank, it’s essential that our interfaces are reliable, secure, and easy to use.

As a Tester, you’ll contribute to the quality of our Daily Banking and Creditsproducts. You’ll collaborate with Business Analysts (BA), Product Owners (PO), developers, and other stakeholders to make sure our customers enjoy smooth and secure access to our products and services.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing requirements and defining test scenarios.
• Writing and executing detailed test cases.
• Detecting, documenting, and following up on defects.
• Collaborating closely with developers, operations, and UX/UI teams.
• Testing of E2E daily features (transfers, payments, Credits, etc)
• Participating in scrum ceremonies and backlog discussions.
• Continuously improving testing practices with fellow testers.
• Keeping customer needs in mind when validating new features.

• Strong analytical mindset.
• Organized, structured, and precise in execution.
• Pragmatic problem-solver with a focus on quality.
• Creative, solution-oriented, and client-focused.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with empathy and team spirit.

• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.

This is a medior position :

• Functional and API testing experience.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in the banking sector or with stakeholders such as BA/PO.
• Knowledge of Mortgages, Payments, Transfers.
• Experience with Tosca Automation.
• Any IT-related background.
