The Functional Consultant will be responsible for the configuration of the Success Factors Payroll module in a project, supporting both internal and client-facing activities. The role ensures that the solution meets client requirements, delivers quality deliverables to production, and supports sales scoping, solution design, and estimates.

• Lead or support workshops for solution design, documenting decisions.
• Define and document overall payroll configuration balancing business, technical, and functional needs, ensuring compatibility with solution components.
• Ensure successful transition to maintenance teams.
• Support project resources in defining solutions to address delivery challenges, keeping timelines and budgets on track.
• Organise and support data mapping with client and implementation teams.
• Verify client data management responsibilities, including cleansing and transformation.
• Adhere to data security procedures of Strada and the client.
• Work with technical resources to define integration requirements and facilitate integration workshops.
• Perform Strada testing activities, ensuring issues are resolved before customer testing.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Belgium Payroll.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
