- Administer and configure Jira and Polarion environments
- Gather and analyze requirements from different teams and stakeholders
- Translate business and operational needs into tool configurations and workflows
- Adapt and optimize Polarion and Jira to support team processes
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights
- Configure workflows, templates, dashboards, and reporting
- Provide guidance and support to key users and end users
- Ensure consistency, usability, and continuous improvement of the platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, project, quality, and operational teams
- Experience with Jira administration and configuration
- Experience with Polarion administration and customization
- Experience configuring workflows, permissions and roles, templates, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience gathering and formalizing user and stakeholder requirements
- Experience in engineering, industrial, or regulated environments is a plus
- Knowledge of ALM / requirements management processes is a plus
- Experience supporting change management and user adoption is a plus
- Understanding of software or systems engineering workflows is a plus
- Training or user support experience is a plus
- You speak French and English fluently
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder communication skills and an analytical, problem‑solving mindset
