CI​/CD Platform Consultant; Jenkins & Bitbucket F​/M​/X

• Administer and configure Jenkins and Bitbucket environments.
• Gather and analyze requirements from development and technical teams.
• Translate user and operational needs into tool configurations and workflows.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and repository settings.
• Manage users, permissions, and access rights.
• Support automation and integration between tools.
• Configure dashboards, notifications, and reporting where relevant.
• Troubleshoot tool‑related issues and support end users.
• Ensure platform reliability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, Dev Ops, QA and project teams.

• Experience with Jenkins administration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Bitbucket administration and Git repositories.
• Experience managing user access and permissions, repositories and branching strategies, pipeline configuration and maintenance, tool integrations and automation.
• Experience gathering and formalizing requirements from different teams.
• Experience in Dev Ops or software delivery environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD best practices, automation and scripting, software development lifecycle is a plus.
• Experience providing user support and training is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrations involving Jira or other development tools is a plus.
• You speak French and English fluently.
• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
