De IT-afdeling van de organisatie is op zoek naar een Senior Service Now Expert die verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling, configuratie en continue verbetering van het Service Now-platform, met een focus op afstemming met ITIL-processen en de behoeften van de organisatie.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden- Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en configureren van Service Now-oplossingen
- Aanpassen van modules zoals ITSM, CMDB en HRSD
- Analyseren van de behoeften van stakeholders en vertalen naar technische oplossingen
- Ontwikkelen van workflows, scripts, business rules en UI policies
- Implementeren van integraties via REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP en SSO
- Zorgen voor onderhoud en optimalisatie van het platform
- Bijdragen aan governance en continue verbetering van ITIL-processen
- Trainings- en ondersteuningsactiviteiten voor interne gebruikers
- Goede kennis van ITIL v3/v4 best practices
- ITIL Foundation (voorkeur)
- Service Now certificeringen (System Administrator of Application Developer zijn een plus)
