IT Functional Analyst

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an IT Functional Analyst to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.

As a Functional Analyst
, your main responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the optimization of our client
• Support the client in the digitalization process
• Act as the contact person between the business and the IT department, analyzing the current situation to write efficient requirements
• Perform data modeling and define functional specifications, as well as requirement specification, using BPMN, UML and Class Diagrams
• Ensure analysis and business process modeling by coordinating the development process and ensuring functional testing of the application
• Be responsible for the deliverables and the planning of a small team of analysts and quality assurance
• Hold a completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the IT field
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst
• Be fluent in English, Dutch, and French
• Have experience in a challenging Agile / Scrum environment
• Possess good knowledge and experience with Data modulization, BPMN, and UML
• Have excellent time‑organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Exhibit good team spirit, active listening, and teamwork
• Display strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Show proactivity and strong interpersonal skills
• Support the team beyond your own tasks
