HANA Finance End-User Trainer (with Accountancy Background) - French Speaking. Brussels, Belgium. Part-Time Mission (2-3 days per week). Flexible Start Date from the 22nd June Onwards. 5 Month Contract.

Our client based in Brussels, requires an SAP S/4

HANA Finance End-User Trainer (with Accounting qualifications or background) to help train the 2 Accountant key-users and show them how to get the most out of their newly implemented SAP S/4

HANA Finance system. The system has recently gone live, and the users have received some basic training, but they are still having difficulties. This is not formal classroom/theory based training, but rather sitting together with the users and talking them through and showing them actual real-time practical processes and tasks.

Your mission will be to assist the key users on how to use and get the most out of SAP S/4

HANA for their daily accounting work in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, Bank Ledger, etc. plus Controlling, Management Accounting and distribution costs associated with the purchase and resale of products. As well as guiding them through the usage - you will also need to create some training documentation that they can refer back to in future as you go along.

Required Skills:

• Must have strong SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance knowledge
• Must have an Accounting qualification or a background in Accounting.
• Must have prior experience with training SAP Finance end-users (either as an SAP FI Consultant, SAP FI Superuser or SAP FI End-User Trainer)

Languages:

• Must be fluent in French.

Work Load:

• Earliest possible start date: 8th June 2026.
• Latest possible startdate: 1st July 2026.
• Mission End Date: 31st December 2026.
• Part- time mission:
  • minimum 2 days per week
  • maximum 3 days per week
• Must work onsite. Remote work is not possible.
