Location: Town of Belgium

Location: Braine-l'Alleud (hybrid working model- 2 days on site Tuesday & Thursday)
Engagement: Freelance engagement starting ASAP until November 2026

Overview

We are partnered with a leading pharmaceutical client on a high-priority data quality programme within the supply chain domain. You will join a small, high-impact team focused on implementing and scaling data quality rules across critical datasets. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role within a fast‑paced programme, where you will translate business requirements into technical solutions and support continuous data quality improvements.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years’ experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role (flexibility for strong junior profiles)
  • Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry (essential)
  • Strong understanding of data quality and data management principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical rules
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
Hard Skills
  • Strong SQL skills (key requirement)
  • Experience developing and testing data quality rules
  • Data analysis and dataset profiling
  • Reporting and visualisation experience (Power BI / Fabric preferred)
  • Familiarity with data quality tools (e.g. Collibra – desirable)
  • Python (nice to have)
  • Understanding of supply chain data / pharma lifecycle (preferred)
Soft Skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working on repetitive, operational tasks
  • Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Delivery-focused with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast‑paced team environment
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
  • Experience in GxP / regulated environments is advantageous
