As Program Manager Logistics & Digital Integration you are responsible for leading, coordinating and realizing strategic digitalisation programmes within complex logistics ecosystems such as ports, transport networks and airports. You manage multidisciplinary teams, manage a portfolio of projects and ensure seamless integration of processes, data and platforms between various stakeholders. You work at the intersection of operations, regulations and digitalisation, and build digital solutions that contribute to more efficient cargo flows, better compliance and scalable ecosystems.
Responsibilities- Developing and managing a multi‑year product and programme roadmap for logistics digitalisation initiatives.
- Setting up governance, prioritisation and reporting to management and steering groups.
- Coordinating multiple parallel projects within port environments and the broader ecosystem.
- Leading the functional analyst team to further develop and roll out integration, products and underlying platform for logistics chains, such as cargo release and API platforms.
- Translating business needs into digital solutions and data‑driven processes.
- Formulating proposals for future products and services.
- Monitoring end‑to‑end process optimisation and interoperability between systems.
- Ad‑hoc management of specific external suppliers based on specific projects.
- Intensive collaboration with governments, customs, port authorities, terminal operators, logistics partners and IT suppliers.
- Facilitating decision‑making in complex environments with diverse interests.
- Executing change management and guiding adoption among end users.
- Analyzing and optimising operational and logistics processes.
- Ensuring compliance with customs and transport regulations.
- Implementing KPI management, monitoring and operational dashboards.
Must‑haves
- At least 10 years of experience in logistics, port or airport operations.
- Demonstrated experience in programme management and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in and strong stakeholder management within complex ecosystems.
- Experience with digital platforms, APIs, integration projects or data exchange in supply chains.
- Knowledge of customs processes, cargo release, linehaul or network control.
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience with port community systems or logistics integration platforms.
- Certifications such as Prince2, BPM or leadership training (e.g. …).
