As the role of Digital Technology becomes ever important ensuring that our talents have the right knowledge and skills continues to be a driver of our operational and strategic excellence. We are seeking a strong communicator, collaborator, and creative talent who can work proactively and independently to run our programs, and also someone with digital marketing experience as well as with a data and low-code background to enhance and automate our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated communication workflows (e.g., newsletters, community posts, onboarding journeys)
  • Use tools like Power Automate to reduce manual tasks
  • Manage and optimize content distribution pipelines across channels
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI) to track engagement
  • Leverage AI tools (Copilot, etc.) for content generation, summarization, and scaling output
  • Apply creativity to innovate and implement new and visually inspiring ways to deliver department news, updates, and stories via articles, interviews, video, slides, newsletters, etc.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to deliver exceptional department‑specific as well as company‑wide events including keynotes, town halls, learning webinars and forums that engage and amplify our strategy, capabilities, services, and culture
  • Contribute to a variety of internal and external communication projects to inform, inspire, and engage our current and future employees
