Senior Presales Architect Infrastructure

In this versatile role as a Senior Presales Architect, you will work on technical and strategic solutions within hybrid cloud and security domains. You actively contribute to designing cloud and datacenter solutions that align with our customers’ goals.

You are responsible for developing efficient strategies where cost, continuity, and quality are always safeguarded.

• Solution architecture and strategic alignment:
  You define the high-level architecture of the solution and ensure alignment and consistency of the selected strategy. You create clarity and structure, delivering a coherent end-to-end solution design
• Translating technical solutions to customer needs:
  You respond to RFPs and tenders by translating customer requirements into technical solutions, leveraging the unique strengths of our full portfolio. Your focus lies on domains such as hybrid cloud and security
• Collaboration and alignment:
  You work closely with presales domain architects, the bid manager and the sales team to develop a consistent and feasible solution
• Transition management:
  You calculate and analyze the costs and benefits of transitions and perform risk analyses for proposed transition approaches. You manage transitions end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution without disruption for the customer
• Stakeholder management and customer interaction:
  You effectively manage stakeholders by gathering all necessary information, enabling you to fully understand customer needs and align closely with their vision and requirements
• Development of roadmaps and future-focused strategies:
  Based on the existing architecture, you develop long-term roadmaps, guiding customers toward the future with a proactive vision on technology and services
• Clear reporting and budget management:
  You monitor costs and budgets from start to finish. You create clear, structured and compelling proposals that highlight the value of the solution
• Support during implementation:
  The blueprint you design serves as the foundation for implementation. Technical and lead architects, as well as engineers, rely on your clear handover and guidance prior to the rollout phase.

• Education and experience:
  
  You hold a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant field, with extensive experience as an IT (presales) architect and strong knowledge of hybrid cloud solutions (such as Azure, Kubernetes, private cloud, brokering, and datacenter architecture), middleware and security
• Transition expertise:
  You have experience in transition management and can smoothly transform complex environments into modern structures. You are able to calculate transition impacts and strategically manage risks
• Strong analytical and communication skills:
  You have strong analytical capabilities, present with confidence and can convincingly communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including CxO-level executives.
• Technical skills:
  You are highly proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, enabling you to create clear, structured and detailed presentations and analyses
• Multilingualism:
  An excellent command of Dutch and English is required. Knowledge of French is a strong plus
• Customer focus and persuasiveness:
  You have strong empathy and are able to convince customers with solutions that add value and meet their expectations

  You remain calm under pressure, are results-oriented and prioritize quality at all times. You enjoy working with deadlines and are motivated to tackle challenges effectively, even when information is incomplete.
