Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring our systems perform at their best. You’ll work closely with customers and are responsible for installing new systems, performing service and maintenance tasks, and providing technical advice and training where applicable.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, configure, and maintain JVM systems at customer sites.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (hardware & software).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including complex on‑site cases.
  • Provide customer training and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support on installations and after‑sales activities.
  • Accurately document service activities in CRM systems.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and support commercial initiatives.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations for urgent support.
What We’re Looking For
  • Technical education (MBO+) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and detail‑driven approach.
  • Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (French is a plus) and English.
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments.

Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you play a strategic role in the successful implementation of cutting‑edge automation technologies. Working closely with the Sales Project Manager and reporting to the Head of Customer Technical Support, you will lead complex technical projects from initiation to completion.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, Training).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and budget adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal SOPs.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and escalation when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management (preferably in a technical environment).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Experience in regulated environments (GMP/GAMP knowledge is a plus).
  • Customer‑focused with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Team player with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
