At Fix Form, we’ve already conquered the chaos of facility management with our intuitive SaaS platform. Now, we are entering our next evolution. We’re looking for a visionary Senior AI Developer to lead Fix Form into the age of AI Agents.

Your goal is to transform Fix Form from a reactive task‑management tool into a proactive, agentic ecosystem. You will lead the charge in automating the maintenance lifecycle—where AI agents not only notify humans but also diagnose issues, track compliance, interact with tenants, and coordinate service providers autonomously.

• Agentic Architecture: Build and deploy AI agents that run in parallel with our core SaaS, handling complex reasoning tasks such as compliance, reporting, and conversation management.
• Next‑Gen Development: Lead by example using Cursor and Gemini to accelerate development. Success is measured by the intelligence of the systems you build, not the lines of code you manually type.
• Scalable SaaS Evolution: Leverage AI to refactor, improve, and scale the current Fix Form platform, ensuring our infrastructure supports high‑concurrency agentic workflows.
• Impact Beyond Code: Combine Senior Engineering expertise with a strong Product mindset to translate complex customer challenges into elegant, autonomous AI solutions.

• The Architect of Agents: Proven experience building autonomous or semi‑autonomous AI agents.
• AI‑Native Workflow: Power User of AI development tools such as Cursor and Gemini, using their massive context window to outpace traditional development.
• SaaS Veteran: Deep understanding of modern SaaS platforms (Task Management, Databases, Git Hub, Document Hubs) and skill in weaving AI into existing business logic without disrupting the user experience.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to distinguish between AI hype and AI utility, knowing when an agent is appropriate versus a simple script.
• Ideal education:
  Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating deep analytical and systems thinking skills.
• Industry Affinity: Strong interest or professional exposure to Real Estate (Prop Tech), Facility Management, or Construction sectors.

Must‑Have:

• Experience with PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue)
• Experience with Cursor and ideally Gemini and RAG
• Familiarity with unit testing
• Experience documenting processes and solutions
• Solid understanding of OOP, version control, and other essential practices
• Experience working with APIs
• Proficiency with databases
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Type Script
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google)
