You will contribute to the management, optimization, and evolution of the digital workplace environment, with a strong focus on Google Workspace technologies. The position combines operational support, project work, automation, and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities- Workplace management & administration:
- Configure, administer, and optimize workplace technologies and associated platforms.
- Manage Google Workspace environments and related services.
- Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Support & operations:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for workplace-related incidents and requests.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Ensure operational stability and service continuity.
- Projects & integrations:
- Participate in workplace transformation and deployment projects.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams on integration initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation of new digital workplace solutions.
- Security & compliance:
- Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Support patch management and security-related initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining a secure digital workplace environment.
