Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia! This exciting opportunity includes paid relocation, allowing you to start a rewarding career supporting iRobot customers in the French-speaking market. You will play a crucial role in providing top-quality assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your RoleAs a French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customers requiring support with iRobot products. Your expertise and communication skills will help resolve technical issues, answer inquiries, and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products
- Guide customers through product features, maintenance, and usage
- Document interactions and provide feedback to improve support processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to elevate and resolve complex problems
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate assistance
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory;
English skills are advantageous - Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with iRobot products or similar technology is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support
- Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
