The Cybersecurity Technical Specialist will provide high‑level security expertise across enterprise environments within the Benelux region, focusing on threat detection, endpoint security, and secure system operations. This role requires a strong technical foundation in cybersecurity and the ability to independently deliver solutions in customer environments, particularly in organizations requiring NS‑cleared personnel.

As a Cybersecurity Technical Specialist, you will work closely with clients to assess, design, and implement cybersecurity technologies and processes. You will support endpoint and extended detection response technologies (EDR/XDR), SIEM solutions, and general security tooling. Your responsibilities include analyzing security controls, troubleshooting advanced security issues, assisting with integrations, and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity best practices. You will be expected to operate independently, support customer‑facing engagements, and provide technical leadership across multiple environments (Windows and/or Linux).

• ✓ Provide technical cybersecurity expertise across customer environments
• ✓ Deploy, administer, and optimize EDR/XDR solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
• ✓ Support SIEM technologies and assist in incident detection workflows
• ✓ Conduct security assessments and troubleshoot security tool integrations
• ✓ Work independently on project‑based tasks within vendor/integrator settings
• ✓ Apply cybersecurity best practices to strengthen customer security posture
• ✓ Collaborate with internal and external teams to support secure implementations
• ✓ Document activities, recommendations, and technical findings

• ✓ NS Clearance is mandatory
• ✓ Strong technical background in cybersecurity engineering or operations
• ✓ Practical experience with cybersecurity technologies (endpoint protection, monitoring, etc.)
• ✓ Familiarity with EDR/XDR platforms (advantage)
• ✓ Experience working with or supporting SIEM tools (advantage)
• ✓ Prior experience with vendors, integrators, or delivery‑focused organizations
• ✓ Strong understanding of core cybersecurity principles and frameworks
• ✓ Proficiency in Windows or Linux environments
• ✓ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• ✓ Exposure to cloud security or hybrid environments
• ✓ Experience in enterprise incident response
• ✓ Knowledge of identity security or zero‑trust fundamentals
• ✓ Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, or similar
