Payroll Implementation Consultant - Belgium

As we scale our flagship solution, Strada Pay, we’re looking for a Functional Consultant to lead payroll implementations and deliver real impact for global clients.

If you enjoy solving complex challenges, working directly with clients, and bringing payroll systems to life—this role is for you.

What you’ll do

You’ll act as the functional lead across payroll implementation projects:

• Lead client workshops and define payroll requirements
• Guide clients toward best-practice payroll solutions
• Identify gaps and recommend smart, scalable alternatives
• Support system configuration, testing, and validation cycles
• Drive UAT, parallel runs, and go-live readiness
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate defect resolution
• Ensure seamless integration and data accuracy across systems
• Deliver knowledge transfer to support and operations teams

What you bring

• ✔️ Experience in payroll consulting, payroll software, or outsourcing environments
• ✔️ Strong knowledge of local payroll legislation, tax, and compliance
• ✔️ Proven track record in payroll implementation projects
• ✔️ Confidence in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• ✔️ Ability to translate complex requirements into simple solutions
• ✔️ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• ✔️ Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• ✔️ Strong proficiency with Excel
