IT Data steward CRM – Belgium; Hybrid

Confidential (Enterprise for Information and Communication Technologies) is the IT operator of the FWB (Wallonia-Brussels Federation). A public interest organization, Confidential’s mission is to design, develop, maintain and upgrade information systems and technological infrastructures serving the administrations and establishments of the FWB. A central player in the digital transformation of the French‑speaking Belgian public sector, Confidential operates in various areas such as: networks, security, data centers, cloud, development of business applications, support for digital projects, cybersecurity and user support.

In a constant concern for innovation, performance and public service, Confidential regularly collaborates with external partners to strengthen its teams through IT consultancy missions.
The present mission concerns one of the areas of Confidential which has particularly developed over the last five years: the management and exploitation of data. The challenges are multiple: guaranteeing the reliability and accessibility of data, reducing redundancies, improving decision‑making processes, implementing the “only once” principle for the user, and finally providing reliable, quality data to business applications while respecting security norms and standards using virtualization tools.

The management and use of data for a particular application being installed as part of two programs (the CRM program and the  program) involve the installation and use of a CRM (customer relationship management system). Mission:
As an IT Data Steward specializing in CRM, data in the cloud and/or virtualization, you will be at the heart of the analysis, implementation and operationalization of the data layer used by Confidential’s CRM tools. You are able to actively participate in complex projects integrating secure hybrid cloud architectures, robust data pipelines and integrated business solutions.

• Implement a secure hybrid cloud architecture linked to on‑premises data according to the architecture defined by the project team.
• Design, develop and deploy data flows between the different components of this hybrid cloud architecture (Dataverse and DB2 luw/Db2 Mainframe) using CRM (MS Dynamics 365), virtualization (Denodo) and ETL (SAP Data services) tools.
• Organise and migrate data from the source application to the CRM.
• Automate business processes via tools (MS Dynamics, Denodo, SAP Data Services).
• Classify, anonymise and manage sensitive data in the cloud.
• Organise and create data that will be tested as part of the project.
• Design and implement security, access management and data encryption policies in compliance with GDPR and local requirements.
