IT Service Desk Analyst - Global Manufacturing Group

The company is a part of one of the world's leading multinational business groups with operations across numerous countries. The Thailand operation plays an important role within the group's regional network, providing opportunities to work in a highly professional, international environment.

• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Resolve common incidents such as system freezes, printer issues, and connectivity problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.

• Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Log, track, and manage incidents through to resolution.
• Maintain professional communication with end users.

• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, copiers, attendance machines, network devices, and UPS systems.
• Support Windows operating systems and standard business applications.

• Monitor daily helpdesk activities.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Ensure SLA and response time compliance.

• Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Work closely with L2/L3 support teams in Thailand and India on escalated issues.

• Maintain accurate IT asset records.
• Track hardware and software inventory throughout the asset lifecycle.
