Own technical issues from the first operator report to the verified fix. You’ll investigate logs, data, code, infrastructure, and integrations, explain what happened clearly, and help prevent it from happening again.
What you’ll do- Act as a technical point of contact for operator issues.
- Investigate logs, metrics, databases, code paths, transactions, and integrations.
- Translate operator reports into actionable engineering context.
- Coordinate with engineers and customer success until problems are resolved.
- Write scripts, reports, or small fixes when they are the right solution.
- Document recurring issues and improve support workflows.
- Identify product improvements from patterns in operator feedback.
- Experience in technical support, Dev Ops, QA, systems engineering, software development, or a related field.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Comfort with SQL, logs, APIs, and web systems.
- The ability to explain technical findings to different audiences.
- Persistence, curiosity, clear communication, and ownership.
