Scrum Master

The Parts Logistics IT team is now looking for a scrum master to join this exciting journey! You will be in the centre of our journey to bring business critical functionality to a new cloud based solution; driving the transformation to a modern digital ecosystem, working closely with Parts Logistics business. The Scania IT team is closely integrated with the Global Scania IT organisation.

The Parts Applications & Data group consists of three teams, where you will support two of them (parts planning and data). The group is spread out in multiple countries, and work closely with headquarters in Södertälje, Sweden. The Scania Parts Center is managing the global flow of parts, ensuring our customers up-time and business. Your workplace is based in Oudsbergen, Belgium, a challenging and innovating environment where personal development and growth are encouraged.

Your main responsibility isacting as a servant leader and coach.

You willensurethat the teamsarefully functional and productive. This includes that you enable close cooperation across all roles and functions.

Next to that you willbe responsible forremoving impediments, supporting in managing dependencies and risk mitigation.

You work closely with Product Ownersandbusiness stakeholders by helping maintain a healthy product backlog, improving backlog refinement, ensuring clear communication between business and developers.

Finally, you will also have some responsibilities in the service manager area.

• You are flexible and pragmatic, knowing how to adaptway of working and coaching according to the context and the maturity of the teams.

• You speak and write fluent English
