Senior Solution Architect

COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a skilled Application / Cloud Architect to join our dynamic ICT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing enterprise CMDB and integration architectures within the Service Now platform, ensuring effective automated collection and management of architectural building block data across complex Dev Sec Ops  environments. You will work closely with project leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, design end‑to‑end solutions, and ensure seamless integration between Service Now CMDB and CI/CD pipelines across cloud and on‑premises infrastructures, while supporting optimal system performance and operational reliability.

• Service Now (SNow) CMDB customisation

  • Design of enterprise‑scale CMDB data models aligned with CSDM 5.0
  • Discovery workshops to capture architecture building blocks and relationships
  • Customisation of Service Now foundation classes and CI models
  • Integration of ITOM, ITSM, CSM, and SPM data structures
  • Documentation of architectural decisions, constraints, and data models
  • Definition of phased approaches for managing reusable building blocks across business applications
  • Deployment across structured Service Now environments (DEV/TEST/PROD)

• Integration of data and processes between Service Now and Dev Sec Ops  processes

• Integration with Dev Sec Ops  platforms, and in particular CI/CD pipelines (cloud and on‑premises)

  • Design and implementation of ingestion pipelines from Dev Sec Ops  platforms into Service Now CMDB
  • Mapping of infrastructure and application resources across domains
  • Design of integration flows and data models
  • Evaluation and implementation of integration mechanisms including:
  • APIs (scripted REST APIs, CMDB APIs)
  • Import Sets and Transform Maps
  • Event‑driven ingestion mechanisms
  • Monitoring, logging, and error‑handling strategies for data pipelines
  • Integration with CI/CD pipelines in cloud and on‑prem environments

• Strong expertise in Service Now CMDB customization
• Deep understanding of CMDB modelling and CSDM 5.0
• Proven experience integrating Service Now with Dev Sec Ops  pipelines and CI/CD processes
• Experience with cloud Dev Sec Ops  platforms (AWS, Azure, or sovereign cloud environments)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code approaches, including:
• AWS Cloud Formation and equivalents
• Event‑driven automation (e.g., Lambda‑style functions, event bridges)
• Experience with on‑prem Dev Sec Ops  tooling (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Docker, Python, shell scripting)
• Strong background in enterprise system integration and API design

• Experience with large‑scale Dev Sec Ops  environments across cloud and on‑prem infrastructure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Understanding of enterprise configuration management and asset discovery tools
• Awareness of tooling such as ITOM discovery platforms and third‑party CMDB enrichment sources
